We absolutely loved working with Peter. It's rare to find an agent who is you don't feel is trying to take you for a ride and is just straight up honest. Communication was excellent and he always responded straight away. We were the buyer in this sale, but I would recommend Peter to anyone wanting to list their home.
Peter Warren was great to deal with, provided clear communication and delivered fantastic results. We were appraised a higher sale price from Peter than the other options, and he delivered a higher sale price than what we were asking for, so I would absolutely use him again, and recommend him.
Pete was very approachable from the start when we went to view the open home, his knowledge is great and he was happy to answer any questions we asked Overall a great experience from start to finish.
Peter is professional and exhibited knowledge on the property and the suburb. He didn't make the buying process stressful like some agents did, nice person to make business deal. I'm definitely a happy buyer.
Peter was really great to work with; he had strong market knowledge, he listened and was extremely easy to communicate with. Even went the extra mile and mowed the lawns himself the say before handover!!!
Friendly and knowledgeable about the house selling process as it was 20 years since I last sold and bought a house. With Peter's guidance I navigated my way through the challenges I faced and had a very successful outcome with both selling and buying. Peter always listened to what I said and at no time did I feel pressured to agree to something I was not comfortable with. Thank you Peter and Jo.
Thanks Peter for the very quick and smooth sale of by until it was much appreciated. Sue
Jo and Peter delivered swift and detailed responses and ensured I was making an educated decision.
Peter not only did an excellent job of selling the property (above price expectation), but he offered great advice as I was preparing the house for sale, which I'm sure helped with both the price and speed of sale. I highly recommend working with Peter, friendly, helpful, and a great outcome.
We recently had the pleasure of working alongside Peter in the sale of our fathers home. Peter has a wealth of knowledge around the real estate industry and what people are looking for when selling or buying a home. Peter is absolutely honest and it is so easy to trust him. He also has a great sense of humour which we really enjoyed!! Following the advice of Peter ensured that our fathers house sale happened quickly and smoothly. Peter is an exceptional real estate agent and we will be recommending him to everyone. Wouldn’t use anyone else now!
We purchased our first home through Peter Warren and he couldn't have made the process any simpler nothing was an issue and even helped keep things on track with the couple of hiccups we had. He is very honest and straight to the point with no hidden agenda which is hard to find. We would happily purchase and sell through Peter at any stage and will be recommending him to anyone needing an agent, couldn't have been happier with his service
