Peter and his team were fantastic. They had my complete trust due to their approach and attitude. They cared and they tried - which was obvious. I am sure that the buyers felt just the same. Peter is very switched on and experienced, this make for a very professional but friendly interaction.

He has a sort of feel for people which has to be innate as it cannot be taught. He also has a cool sense of humour and knows exactly when and when not, to air it. I have always disliked estate agents even though I once worked in the profession many moons ago, but Peter is a total exception to that rule. I totally trust him to know the market.
