We began this process with selecting from three agents, all recommended, and two with significant experience. Peter was chosen because of his energy and enthusiasm and because of Bower‘s approach to auctions. We were in a reasonably stressful situation and Peter’s warmth, clear and patient approach to communication with us was just what we needed. Often he had to respond to straight forward requests for information more than once and it was never a problem. He ensured we understood the process every inch of the way. When I requested a change to the photo being used for advertising, that was done quickly and efficiently. His choice was perfect. Meetings, open homes, and private viewings were well managed, punctual, and aimed at the least possible disruption to us.
