Pete Neumark-Payne

Pete was friendly, accessible and professional in all his dealings with us, and facilitated a good result in a trying market for both ourselves and the buyers. We were selling from a considerable distance, and Pete made this very manageable with regular feedback and verifiable market knowledge. He is well networked in the community, and was very always helpful in co-ordination of access for other professionals when required between our few visits. Thank you Pete for making this sale such a positive and successful experience.

We always found Pete great to work with nothing was too much trouble he always made things work, always got back to us when we needed to talk. The process was smooth the whole way through on the purchasing side and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, very honest chap. Thanks so much for all your help

Pete was a pleasure to work with. His professional approach, positive demeanour and regular communication kept us informed throughout the process and ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible.

Always available to assist. He was great to have around during the stressful times.

Peter kept us informed every step of the way, he was up front with expectations during the sale process. We were happy with the outcome

We really loved working with Pete. He was very relatable, and understood who our buyer would be. He was excellent at communicating around viewings, and answered all our questions. We built a great rapport with him, and our daughter loved his visits. He got us multiple offers and an amazing price for our property (above asking price!) within our desired timeframe. Thanks so much Pete, you have helped us achieve our dream!
