We bought our house through Pauline 10 years ago and were very pleased to find that she was still able to assist us to sell. Because of my husband's health we decided to sell and move to a retirement village which meant we had a 60 day window to sell in. Initially I was resistant to selling by auction but Pauline advised that in the current market it was the best option and that proved to be the case so we agreed to 3 weeks of open homes at weekends which Pauline supervised and contacted us with feedback each time . The auction was a zoom auction and a new experience which Pauline guided us through and was expertly handled by Wayne Maguire who achieved the best price which was above the reserve I had set.
