We are first home owners & buying a house during a pandemic was definitely challenging however Paula & Eugene made this process so easy, smooth & willing to help us to find our first home even through via emails & online searching. On our first day out with Eugene & 7 houses later we found our home. From the start to the end of buying they were right there to help us I would highly recommend to anyone . And thank you Paula & Eugene for your great tag team ❤️

Paula's common sense and clear advice enabled me to have the confidence to make the right decisions when selling my house. Selling is very stressful, but Paula was able to provide just the right amount of information to help ease any concerns.

Paula is such a warm, thoughtful and a kind person. When I first met her, I knew that I can totally trust her. 1) she has expertise in the market of South Auckland, provided detailed analysis of the market. 2) set up the tailored strategy. 3) a decent a lady of integrity Thank God that I chose her as my agent. Thank God that making her showing in my life as an angle to help me out. God bless her and her families.

Paula and Eugene were great to deal with through the whole selling process and got us an amazing price for our property. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Paula for all your help and letting me know about any new houses that had just come onto the market. Very helpful for a 1st home buyer as well

We met with Paula and Eugene Tuhaka to buy our first home. They listened to us, are friendly and easy to engage with. We have done all of our correspondence through Paula and she has always responded quickly.

We absolutely recommend Paula and Eugene Tuhaka. When we first met them we felt very comfortable with the way they presented their proposal to sell our house. Everything was explained clearly and the process was presented that we could view every step of the way from the initial listing through to the open homes and the follow up procedure to the sale agreement. Their knowledge of the market is invaluable for anyone selling in the area. They communicated with us after every open home and private viewings and followed every prospect up with a phone call. Their professionalism is outstanding as we have sold a few houses in our time and they would be second to none. Brian and Linda Baker
