Paula & Eugene Tuhaka (Team Tuhaka) of Barfoot & Thompson Real Estate were my real estate agents & aided me in selling my Waikato property. They were down to earth , knowledgeable , very helpful with any queries or uncertainties I had & were always available when i needed to contact them. I would recommend them to anyone intending to buy / sell real estate.. Good luck to them in their future endeavors in their real estate business.

Paula has knowledge with currant market and advised us the best options on selling our property. Her lovely personality made things so much easier. Would highly recommend her and would use her again.

Team Tuhaka marketed and sold our house in Pokeno. Paula & Eugene together with their great marketing skills + the knowledge of the local area as well a great understanding of buyers' needs, delivered the desired outcome just as they had promised. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and the overall service and would highly recommend them to sellers & buyers alike.

Paula and Eugene were a delight! They got us the best price possible for our property and it was sold only within a couple of days of it being on the market. I recommend them to anyone selling their property.

Paula had great knowledge and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Nothing was too much trouble. We appreciate her guidance.

We would highly recommend Paula and Eugene to anyone looking at selling in the Pukekohe area. We were selling an investment property during Lockdown and lived out of town so had to rely completely on the them for advise and guidance. They know the market and were always up front and had great communication with us, and looking back were one step ahead of the game with their planning for marketing and strategy for the sale. Their easy manner and calmness is a bonus and their goal was always to get the best price for us. Having brought and sold many houses over the years, this was the first time we felt we had agents that were truly on our side and not just trying to get a quick sale. The result was a sale way above expectations in a time that was the most challenging and you cant ask more from agents than that. If you want a team that will do what they say, be in constant contact and work for you and only you then Paula and Eugene are the team for you! Sharlene and Tim Allen

My experience with Paula was very trust worthy, caring and open to support. Being 1st home buyer; I was very stressed for any discussion and assessment. Paula made this entire process so easy with her Expertise and support. I can tell you that if I bought this house is because Paula was there to help. Thanks Paula Again 🙏

In 2020 we were thinking of buying a house in port Waikato for a weekend getaway and maybe somewhere to move to in a few years. We gave Paula a ring and let her know what we were after. The next weekend she showed a few properties and showed us around explaining all the ins and outs of the port which really helped with our decision to purchase. We have now been here for a year and love it. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and helping with our purchase.

Dealing with Paula was easy and she gave us a great service!

Paula and Eugene were strong and supportive communicators. They made buying our first home an easy and enjoyable process. They guided and assisted us every step of the way. They were warm, friendly, professional and we are grateful our paths crossed.

I used Paula and Eugene to sell my house. They acted professionally and honestly. I felt very comfortable and totally trusted them . They are both very friendly and lovely to deal with . I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property

I had a great experience when selling my house and purchased the new property with Paula and Eugene, not just the expert experience they offered, plus they always follow up on all the questions and help me to keep relaxed during the entire process, which is important when you need to make a lifetime decision.
