Great to deal with

Easy to deal with. Upfront straight to the point and would recommend Paul to anyone selling a house

Well researched and well executed.

From the start Paul was data driven. We started talking numbers after he had thoroughly researched the market. Paul then collaborated with me to formulate a strategy for sale. The communication was excellent and the admin was simple. We had a signed sales agreement after 2 weeks on the market!
