He's an extra miler who's got industry contacts: His broker John Keenan advised us on tips on getting the bank pre-approval. 2 hours prior to auction, we asked him and quickly sorted out a lawyer from Gazeburt company, Tina Luff, who's kind enough to review the pre-purchase agreement and property title review. Paul has been checking in on us and gave us realistic price range of property, in comparison to the surrounding properties and the advantage of the location.
