Communicates very well, will pick up the phone when needed but also keeps everyone updated via online platforms. Was able to understand the specific market for my property and find a buyer in a short time in a challenging market. Resulting price exceeded expectations.
Very good communication with frequent updates. We were involved throughout the whole process . Everyone in the team was helpful and friendly. Paul has a very friendly and informative communication style. He is professional has a very broad market knowledge. He worked hard for us and negotiated a great deal, exceeding all expectations I would definitely recommend Paul and his team.
Paul was fantastic throughout the entire process. As we’re based in Wellington and were buying a home in Auckland, it was really important for us to work with someone we could trust completely, and Paul delivered on every level. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping us achieve the best outcome. He made what could have been a stressful long-distance purchase feel smooth, always keeping us informed and answering our questions with patience and clarity. We would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Paul and his team are amazing, with so much knowledge on advertising and how to get the best result in this market and worked hard to get a great outcome. Thanks so much for your great work.
Communication was very good, professional and approachable, Paul knows the Auckland housing market so well.
We have recently sold our property and Paul was our agent. He made all the steps crystal clear to us, always being helpful and available whenever we needed some questions answered. Communication was excellent, with weekly meetings talking about open home, number of buyers and strategies to adopt. Paul and his team are knowledgeable in the real estate field and highly professional. Thanks team! You made this process quite easy to deal with.
Paul, Michelle and their team were great from first contact. Able to easily strategise and deliver the sale of the house, while dealing with everything during the process in a professional, objective manner. Always providing options and recommendations during the different stages, we felt totally comfortable that our interests were being represented at all times. Would totally recommend them, first class!
Paul was an absolute legend to work with on the sale of 210 Atcher’s Road. From day one he was calm, professional, and totally on top of everything. He communicated clearly, guided us through the process with confidence, and made what can be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. Paul genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us, was always available when we needed him, and brought great energy and honesty to the whole campaign. You can tell he knows his market and takes pride in looking after his clients. If you’re selling (or buying), I’d happily recommend Paul to anyone — great agent, great bloke, and someone you can trust to have your back.
Paul is obviously a highly experienced agent , gave us a realistic idea of what the property was worth and what we needed to do to achieve an acceptable price. We were also working to a tight timeframe and a sale was achieved well within the desired period. Paul and his offsider Michelle were great communicators and kept us informed at every step of the sales process. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.
It was a pleasure dealing with Paul. He was patient, calm, friendly and positive and I felt confident in the process from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to sell a property.
Paul and his team did a great job of selling our unit in Epsom. Living in Australia we were absent but Paul and his team were in constant communication with us. They oversaw every detail which included the staging of the property. We would highly recommend Paul to anyone wishing to sell their property. Thanks Paul!
