We selected Paul as our agent because he initially impressed us with his market knowledge, his obvious professionalism and experience and the way he presented himself. It proved to be a thoroughly justified decision. The property did not prove as easy a sell as we expected and we had a number of false starts with prospective buyers pulling out to the point we became quite frustrated and considered withdrawing from the market.
