First of all I would like to say that considering I had never sold or purchased a home before, everything was new to me and thank goodness I was lucky enough to have Paul as my agent. He showed me a couple of second hand houses, but they weren’t suitable and when he showed me thru this brand new home, I knew this was the one for me.
