It was a challenging sale with 3 joint owners to work with in different parts of the South Island. He hung in there for over three months with many open home viewings. He genuinely assists you focus on the aspects of your house that need attention to get the best result. Communication is frequent. They have well developed systems and a clear, methodical process. I personally find some of the electronic document communication a bit clunky but that is just my personal preference. Overall a good result with the assistance of helpful and personable, professional operators.
