Firstly, we need to say we had a healthy scepticism of real estate agents - however this was a totally different experience. We met Patrick after receiving some bad news which led us to a reluctant decision to put our home on the market. It was a difficult, but he was patient, giving us time to come to grips with the decision we needed to make and at no point did we feel pressured. It is not often that you meet an agent that is truly dedicated to achieving the best result for the client and Patrick certainly gave it his all and we couldn't fault his dedication, availability and professionalism throughout the process. He was always available either by phone or txt, never failing to respond to our queries and actively helped us find a new place to call home. His call on the state of the market was spot on, to the point where we were able to sell off market receiving exactly what we asked for without the hassle of going to the open market and was amenible to working in with other agents to achieve the best result he could for his client. I met Patrick through an open home, and through a conversation, felt that Patrick would not only be able to sell my home, but be able to find me a new home as well. Patrick really went above and beyond to get my home sold in an uncertain market. Patrick then worked to a very tight deadline to find me a new home to move into - he made the promise he would have me in my new home before Christmas, and he delivered. Patrick spent many a weekend helping with the search and took into consideration the needs of my two dogs as well - he understood how important is was to me that the property and area was dog friendly and secure. It was lovely to be able to have my family over for Christmas in my new home.
