We were selling our first home so for us it was a big deal with both nerves and excitement. Patrick and his team fully understood that and lead us through the process step by step with great understanding. We were able to sell within our expected time frame, on the auction day which we were very happy with and they were very willing to help us beyond our own sale and finding our next home. Patrick came to us initially to sell our home which he successfully did so but his real passion is in helping buyers finding their new home. All the while spending a lot of of time selling our home he was also focused on finding our new home.
