Positive Experience 10/10 pricing, marketing, and never eased up until the sale was unconditionalal

We were initially concerned with the cost of the agency commission but in retrospect and after working with Pat Jarvey we feel the fees were extremely good value! Her property appraisal was exactly at our expectations! It was refreshing to have an agent to be positively talking "UP" the property rather than setting the groundwork for disappointment later. We never needed to ask Pat any questions as she covered everything we needed to know in her briefings! The sale process was so easy it was pleasurable! And Pat didn't ease up on marketing and open homing until the sale was unconditional! - No sitting back waiting contracts to fall over. We have also purchased properties through Pat Jarvey previously with similar excellent experiences and we can truly say Pat is our, if not Whakatane's best real estate agent.
