Pat came with impressive and respected opinions and our first meeting left us convinced we had a responsive, knowledgeable and driven Real Estate Agent. Always positive and adaptable and as we found very determined. We got our sale in the end in the face of a very quiet and cautious market, not helped by troubled times internationally Our thanks to Pat, never one to give up and always with us to the end.

Pat provided a good level of communication, however over the last 6 months I can say that there are very few agents claiming to 'knoweth market at the moment. Pat 's easygoing style suited me, she did not add any pressure during the due diligence and conditional phase which was great and she seemed to have really clicked with the vendor, offering insights to their thinking which was helpful.
