When we both went to look at the property at the first open home, there were a lot of people all looking at the same place. Pat help us to be able to buy the place very quickly so we didn't miss out.
Pat was more than helpful. On her advice we spent a bit more in staging the house with temporary furniture and added some colour with outside potted plants. Pat even loaned us some lovely pots from her garden. So yes, we went the extra mile, but so did Pat. Her follow ups after the open homes were great. She then sold the house of the people who made an offer on ours in very quick time, all in a falling market. So she has happy buyers and happy sellers.
