From the moment I spoke to Owen on the phone I knew we had a goodun. He spoke common sense and it was obvious he had many years experience in Real Estate. On meeting Owen both my husband and myself felt like we had won the jackpot in picking an agent and we were not wrong. From the get go Owen was exceptional. Everything he said he would do, he did, always on time even though our house was over an hour away from his and presenting offers to us that resulted in him not getting home until very very late at night. This is the second time we had approached Owen re selling our rental property. 2 years ago he was preparing to put the house on the market for us and we decided not to sell. Owen was great, he knew we felt awful and was very kind and understanding about it. We decided then that if we put the house on the market at a later stage we would do it through him. Our house was in a trust and required a lot more running around for him which he did enthusiastically. He kept us informed throughout the whole process. Owen displayed his experience and knowledge in real estate at all times. On giving my property an appraisal he advised me on some little things I could do that would benefit a sale, plus gave me plenty of time before the for sale signs went up. At all times his communication was tops, with almost daily reports by way of email, telephone or txts. I think Owen worked very hard in achieving the sold sign now at the gate and I'm very happy with the end result.
