I rarely have time to write reviews, but Owen really earns one. It all started with a message on a Saturday afternoon from me to him about a property I now call my own. To my surprise I had a lovely reply in under 10 minutes, and after exchanging email contacts, a comprehensive documentation about the property was shared. Initial questions were promptly answered and gave me the confidence to actually schedule an inspection. From the first handshake onwards everything was handled flawlessly and Owen brought a wealth of background information to the table. The rest were merely formalities between the solicitors for sorting out the title transfer and then the actual handover, which was equally pleasant and professional. Selling as an agent is a difficult task, Owen has to measure the needs of the vendor the demands of the buyer while at the same time achieving the goals of his employer. Owen was fantastic at walking this line. As the buyer we were cautious of some of the items that were brought to our attention in the building report. This meant that we had to negotiate with the vendor through Owen and our solicitors to conduct some invasive testing, (something no vendor wants). Owen was fantastic on working though this with us and we were pleased to come away with the purchase of the property. Owen was always available on the phone and if you left a message he was quick to respond. Having spoken to a number of industry professionals who work closely with real estate agents they were all pleased to hear that Owen was the acting agent because of his professional manner and ability to get things done professionally and quickly while respecting all parties.
