Fantastic Selling Experience!

Deciding to sell our home of 20+ years had us on an emotional rollercoaster, particularly when we were trying to find an agent we were comfortable to list with when we weren't sure whether we were doing the right thing by selling. At our first meeting with Sue and Owen we were really unsure with where our house sat in the market. They guided us through the process, showed us what other homes were doing in our area and walked through our home with us, at our request, to offer suggestions on what we could do to get a better price at the auction. They gave us the confidence to list with them. The encouraging texts from Sue when she saw what work we had done and the feeling that Sue and Owen were proud to be showing our home really encouraged us and helped us get the result we got. We can't thank Sue and Owen enough, we built a fantastic rapport with them and they were the right people to celebrate with immediately after our house sold.
