Olly helped the reviewer sell this property

Friendly, knowledgeable and ultra effective.

I've finally got to deal with a Real Estate agent who completely exceeded my Expectations. Olly gives great advise on presenting your property for sale, and the result paid dividends. He negotiated and sale price for us that exceeded our expectations. He has a calm communication style that inspires confidence. A young man who works hard to ensure he knows and understands the micro-market surrounding the property that he is selling. I can be a bit cynical in my nature, but Olly quickly built a trusting relationship with us. Cannot recommend this man enough. Our next property transaction will be going in his direction.
