We had a previous bad experience with an estate agent and moved to Olivia at first national waitakere at the end of February, and we have just gone unconditional mid March! From the get go we knew we were in safe and trustworthy hands with Olivia. She went above and beyond to help us as in every aspect of her work. We had moved out of the area already so Olivia helped us and kept us in the loop where necessary. It was a tough market to sell in but we know that she got us the best offer available at the time. The communication was clear throughout, at all hours of the day. Olivia’s knowledge and guidance helped us through our first house sale and our biggest regret is not choosing her sooner, we can’t thank you enough Olivia!
