Niki was our 1st choice of real estate agent when we decided to list our home for sale because we often heard her on the radio talking about the local market. What we heard from Niki made sense to us. During the sale process we felt Niki had our best interests at heart from assisting with staging, regular updates and professional advice. We recommend Niki and her support team for anyone wanting a friendly and professional house sale.
Niki brought a wealth of knowledge, astute sales acumen, and endless energy to the sale of our home. We really appreciated the personal touch she provided, her frequent communication and her high integrity. She was well supported by the Ray White team ensuring no opportunity for a potential purchase was missed. We would not hesitate to sell property with Niki again.
I had some additional goals from my sale. Niki's knowledge, communication, experience and solutions focused approach delivered what I was exactly was after and more.
What an absolute pleasure it was selling my house with Niki Neal. from start to finish her efficiency, communication and overall market knowledge (especially of the Lynmore area) were very evident. nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and at every turn Niki was prepared to go the xtra mile, even to the extent of trying to help re-home my daughters cat. The stress that sometimes comes with selling a home seemed to all but disappear. the marketing plan and its implementation was perfect and the house was sold within a month, and at a good price. Would I use Niki Neal to sell my next house..... In a heartbeat !
A big thank you Niki to yourself and your team for yet another job well done. We've brought and sold through you for more years than I can remember and just like the previous occasions it has been an easy and enjoyable process. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for knowledge, communication and professionalism and an 11 out of 10 for achieving above asking price on the property. Thanks again for everything.
Niki explained the sale process very thoroughly gave excellent advice & extremely pleasant to work with
Niki is professional, hard working, hugely knowledgeable through the whole experience and we couldn’t be happier with her service
Niki goes above and beyond to sell your house. In this case my in laws, but also was involved with the selling of a friend's house. She knows the market and what is best for the current situation and gets houses sold pretty quick. Niki has an easy, friendly personality and was a pleasure to work with her
If you want an agent who is realistic with their appraisal, great at keeping you in the loop, always being available to chat, extremely knowledgeable and experienced in realestate, not pushy and overall a very likeable person, then Niki is the agent for you and will exceed all of you’re expectations. We couldn't recommend her enough.
Niki was great when we were buying the house. She was helpful, available and supportively guided us through the process. Kind and professional and went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible for us.
Niki was a pleasure to work with. She communicated with us along the way and was really responsive when we had extra questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
