Nienke was amazing, she gave a great overview, then took me through what was going to happen and why. He knowledge of the market and the best way to sell my house was awesome, I feel that I would not have gotten such a good price if it weren’t for her and the way she went about the sales process. I would also like to mention the outstanding work Charlotte did as well, she kept me informed every step of the way.
Everything went smoothly. Nienke arranged everything from building report to staging the house. The advertising was excellent from the video to the radio advert. Every stage was professionally managed I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody. She was great to deal with and informed me of progress throughout the whole process.
