We weee on the hunt for a new property after Nicolette had sold our house. Our criteria was very specific on what we were looking for and we were not in a hurry until the right place came up. After many many phone calls and being viewings of different properties it was only a matter of time till the right one came up. Well there was one phone call and all she had to say was I’ve found it for you and we need to get you through it. After about 5 viewings ( that’s the patient part) we finally started the negotiations. That’s the helpful and patient part as we went back and forward with different options. We dealt with Nicolette with a few house offers and found her to be very helpful in getting answers to any questions we had about any property. If she was unable to meet with us to view properties, (we had short time periods available for viewing), she would arrange a team member to meet with us.
