Nicolette sold our property and during the process we found her to be open nd honest in all our dealings with her. From advice on preparation of the open homes to good feedback afterwards we always found Nicolette to be honest and respectful. Would have no hesitation to list with here again. We weee on the hunt for a new property after Nicolette had sold our house. Our criteria was very specific on what we were looking for and we were not in a hurry until the right place came up. After many many phone calls and being viewings of different properties it was only a matter of time till the right one came up. Well there was one phone call and all she had to say was I’ve found it for you and we need to get you through it. After about 5 viewings ( that’s the patient part) we finally started the negotiations. That’s the helpful and patient part as we went back and forward with different options.
