Nicky had her work cut out, selling my property during lockdown. It was not easy for her or me. The original plan (before lockdown) was to have open homes for 3 weekends and then an Auction Lockdown happened 3 days after I agreed to have Nicky as my agent. She then arranged private viewing of 2 people at a time. Not easy for me but it worked! I can strongly advise anyone selling their house, taking Nicky as an Agent won’t be disappointed.
