We met Nicki when we were looking at buying a house in Torbay. We found Nicki to be genuinely interested in helping us buy the house and was so easy to deal with throughout the process including the auction which Nicki helped us bid due to it being an online auction. Nicky communicated throughout and I would highly recommend anyone to use Nicki if they are buying or selling a house. We can't thank Nicki enough for everything that she has done for us and is an asset to Barfoot & Thompson. We are now in our new family home and are so happy.

Just wanted to let you know working with Nicki has been a pleasure and she is worth her weight in gold. I have been in high-end sales for about 28 years now and I have to say Nicki is an outstanding salesperson, with her people skills and attention to detail, plus she cares about the customer. Hard worker is an understatement. We would highly recommend Nicki to any real-estate home/land seller, she is the best!

We have worked with Nicki on 2 properties and both occasions she was very professional, friendly and so engaging - even our shy dog came to love her! She takes care of everything and leaves you feeling confident and in good hands. The sales result we got for selling our home was not only impressive but it was done within 2 weeks. We highly recommend anyone to use Nicki for buying or selling - especially in the North Shore area.

From the moment Nicki and I met we just clicked! Her market knowledge, advice and professionalism is second to none, and she really listens to what you have to say regarding selling your home. Our regular catch ups were always informative and relaxed. Nicki went above and beyond and I would not hesitate in recommending her for your real estate needs.

Nicki helped us get the property ready and looking great. An amazing amount of interested buyers came to view. We were presented with many offers to choose from and it was a successful marketing campaign. We were happy with the service, follow up and the process was stress free!

Nic worked tirelessly to accommodate our needs during a stressful time for us. She made the whole process from the beginning to the end so easy and we couldn't ask for a better agent to support us through a trying time. Nic also helped us find our new home which we love. Thank you Nicola!

We were first introduced to Nicki O'Sullivan when we contacted Jolynne Bowden at Barfoot & Thompson's St Heliers office and they were both assigned to work on our house sale. We were amazed and thankful for the local knowledge shown by Nicki regarding sale of our property and very soon acknowledged why she is the top Agent in this area. Her intuitive direction on presentation was exemplary. Guidance in all sorts of pertinent areas big or small was most helpful, from color selection to legal matters were given with no hesitation or doubt that she was aware exactly what was required. Strong personality, heart of gold and really enjoys her area of expertise in Real Estate Sales. Congratulations and many thanks to you Nicki for a job well done.
