Nick’ s communication was excellent, he always updated us on the progress of the sell and he was available to answer any questions, his knowledge is up to date and experienced. He went an extra mile he even organised the cleaning of the house when the tenant left and organised the repairs as he promised, we had no stress at all even if we were far away. I do recommend Nick to anyone looking for a good real estate agent.
