Always kept to timetable estimates and information was accurate

We found Nick's communication and follow up to be lacking. Nick completely forgot to tell us that there was a deadline, we only found out at 2pm of that day that he was showing the vendors the offers. He also did not advise us that there were other offers so we did not have the chance to improve our offer. Our offer thankfully was accepted, however Nick did not follow up with us the next day to advise us how to pay the deposit, I had to ask for that information. We would not recommend Nick as your agent.

Once again Nick Hughes and the First National team have marketed a property for us and achieved a very satisfying result in quick smart time. We just did what he requested pre marketing and a great result was achieved in a difficult market. Thanks Nick for such a quick result. Definitely our go to no hassle, nothing is a problem sales agent.
