We had an excellent experience working with Nick. From start to finish, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made us feel at ease, carefully listened to all our questions, and provided thorough answers. Nick was fantastic at staying in touch and ensuring he was always available when needed. Despite our initial apprehension about entering the auction, Nick explained the entire process and guided us through it, making the experience less confronting and providing us with the assistance of Devon, who was also fantastic. Thanks to his expertise, we achieved a fantastic outcome. We highly recommend Nick as a real estate agent and would definitely work with him again in the future

Nick was very professional in our dealings over this sale. He kept me informed throughout the process and achieved an acceptable price in what I consider was a challenging property to sell in the current market, in part due to not having a garage. I would recommend Nick to any potential property sellers and would have no hesitation in using him again when the opportunity arises.

Consistent updates, plenty of reminders and feedback . Knows market for a unique home and attracted over 40 groups to open homes. Works very diligently and displays enormous enthusiasm to get best price.

Nick was referred to us and immediately he was onboard helping us seal a deal, we found an investment property within a day of starting to look. Nick worked to get all the paperwork to us and many phone calls in between. Nick had no problem answering questions for us and over the Christmas holiday period is was still helping us with viewing the house on our behalf as we live out of the region. Highly recommend Nick for a great service and support as an agent.

Really great to work with Nick, he went above and beyond contacting interested parties and sold the property quickly.

Nick sold my partner and I our first home. In doing so there were a lot of unknown hurdles we had to face. Nick went above and beyond, he was very approachable, gave us all his time and help we needed to step foot into our first home.

Nick was a pleasure to deal with, extremely responsive and efficient, kept us well informed of how things were going and within a week of listing had 4 written offers and managed a quick sale for us.

Nick was excellent at communicating details of the house, how the auction would work and organised time for our building inspection to be completed. Thanks again Nick for our new home!

We have been very pleased with the professionalism that Nick showed us during the time that our home was on the market. Nick was proactive in the continued advertising of our property including regular posts on social media which ensured that our home was marketed to a large audience. Nick kept us informed during the whole process from staging our home to the reports on viewing interest and potential buyers. We would recommend Nick to anyone thinking of selling their home.

We appreciate Nick as our real estate agent. From the initial consultation to closing, he was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He made our buying process a positive experience. Highly recommended!

While always professional, Nick was very easy to talk to and answered any queries we had well. We were hesitant about going to auction - which ultimately did not happen - but he explained reasonings. He listened to us advising us in areas we were unsure about allowing us to make decisions when necessary. Nick had good knowledge of the market.
