Nick is professional, communicative, and knows his stuff. Second home of mine Nick has sold and he has worked hard to truly deliver a great result after great result.

Nick was very professional and informative. Kept us in the loop during the buying process and was very prompt to respond to any queries. We would highly recommend working with him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Nick was very helpful and great with communication when it came to purchasing the property. Very knowledgeable about the area and even recommended some great cafes. Highly recommend him to deal with whether you are buying or selling. Thanks

We had an exceptional experience working with Nick as the real estate agent for our recent home purchase. He was very helpful in explaining to us various steps in the sale and purchase processes. Although he represented the vendors, his honesty, low-pressure approach, and attention to detail truly sets him apart and made us more comfortable in putting in an offer for the property. We highly recommended Nick for anyone in need of a real estate agent.

Nick did a great job of helping us sell our property making it easy and a lot less stressful

He was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice and resources to make decisions. He helped me with a problem that arose with my property calmly and efficiently which helped me immensely. Nick went out of his way and made a special effort to achieve a great result. I would definitely use Nick again and would recommend him to other clients.

It was a pleasure to deal with Nick through out the sales process. He managed to get us a great price for our property for an as is where is property when we were getting no where with EQC and just wanted the property gone. Thank you!

We found Nick to be honest, approachable, timely and professional.

Nick was patient & really committed to supporting us in our journey of selling our house. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to achieve us the best results possible. Nick could share in a joke or two, while still being professional and knowledgeable. Nick also went the extra mile to support us to purchase our new dream home, working with different agents to get the best for us. We would highly recommend Nick and the Harcourts Gold Team. They are a calming influence at auction and very personable. I am not sure why you would choose anyone else really.

Nick was very easy and straight forward to deal with and had none of the cringy sales spin you often get! He was quick to respond with any questions we had and provided some helpful advice as we were first home buyers in New Zealand. On the day of the auction he was a calming presence and guided us every step of the way. We would highly recommend Nick as a very personable and skilled real estate agent.
