Remotely managed the sales process

Nick and the team at Cowdy & Co were fantastic in providing end to end support throughout the sales preparation and process resulting in an excellent sale result. All the vendors were remote from Christchurch (and in multiple time zones) and unable to attend nor manage suppliers as the property was prepared for presentation to the market. Throughout the marketing process updates were regular and valuable to allow us to track potential purchasers and understand their feedback etc. Thanks again Nick
