Nick has been very instrumental in me achieving my goal of owning my first home. For me my first attempt went incredibly south and ruined so many lives. My in-law was supposed to be helping me into my first home. But he hid and lied to my parents (they were helping me into my first home) and me about his finical situation. He lived a lavish lifestyle, yet was beyond his eyeballs in debt. He was made bankrupt, part of this was the sale of what was meant to be my first home. Sold from underneath us to pay his debt. Nick took the time to listen to my situation and understand that I was understandably traumatized by the first attempt at trying to own my first home. He was always there when I had questions. Be it via text, phone call or email. He unwittingly offered support. I know he is working for the seller. But as a buyer, you couldn't ask for someone better to deal with.
