What an experience – from start to finish, Nick has made everything as easy as possible. After he knocked on the door around a year ago, and I mentioned I would be selling up and moving on in around a year? He was amazing. Periodic messages full of thought and detail, to let me know what the market was doing in my area. I loved receiving these messages as I finished up with my new build and got this one ready to sell. Nick did an excellent job selling my parents property in Pyes Pa. Was listed mid September 2024 and a genuine offer received end of October 2024. He is very skilled at communicating the process and coordinating the sale given we are not based in Tauranga.
