Outstanding communication and a genuinely supportive agent

After having our house on the market last year with a different agency and not getting the result we were hoping for, working with Nic was a completely different experience. We'd already moved away from Timaru and were renting the house out, so everything was done over the phone, text and Messenger. We never actually met in person, but that didn't matter. Nic kept us updated the whole way through and was always easy to get hold of. Part way through the process our tenants needed to move out urgently. It could have been a really stressful situation, but Nic worked closely with both them and us to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We really appreciated how she handled it and kept everyone informed. When we received multiple offers, I honestly went around in circles trying to decide what to do. Nic was amazing through it all. She never told me which offer to accept or tried to sway my decision. Instead, she listened while I talked it through (more than once!), answered all my questions, and helped me work through the pros and cons until I felt comfortable making the decision myself. I never felt pressured, which meant a lot. Nic is genuine, honest and incredibly easy to deal with. After our experience trying to sell the year before, she restored our confidence and made the whole process so much less stressful. We couldn't be happier with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nic to anyone looking to sell their home.
