Hi Ngaio, I tried to write review but I was blocked. But I still would like to express my deeply thanks and appreciation for your tremendous efforts to make the house sold during the whole process of selling our house. I know it is not easy to sell such house at recent stage. But I was satisfied about the results and am sure so did Davy. I used to have a higher expectation on the sale of the house. But the fact is that you are right from which of your appraisal on this house that I rectified my view on this house' value based on recent market situation.
