Ngaio was fantastic from the get go. We interviewed and ranked estate agents first. She worked with us to come up with a viable plan to sell the place, and was willing to make changes that we requested even though at the time they seemed a bit bizarre. We found her to be very approachable and she worked really well with potential buyers, working through the process with one of them to bring a sale that was satisfactory for both parties. I would engage her again and recommend her wholeheartedly.
