Right from the start i felt Ngaio had a strong knowledge of the market and pricing our property perfectly to market it attractively. The sale was easy, fast and very stress free. Communication was easy peesy, clear and very friendly!!! Cant thank the team enough.

She worked with us to come up with a viable plan to sell the place, and was willing to make changes that we requested even though at the time they seemed a bit bizarre. We found her to be very approachable and she worked really well with potential buyers, working through the process with one of them to bring a sale that was satisfactory for both parties.
