Nathan is a professional within his industry. His communication is outstanding. His presentation is exceptional. His attention to detail leaves nothing to chance. We decided to try Nathans competition and were bitterly disappointed to the degree that we exited our agreement and returned to Nathan with immediate results that far and away exceed our expectation. Needless to say we wont make that mistake again and I would list with Nathan tomorrow if selling another property.

I think basically from beginning to end, Nathan’s experience and negotiating skills were top notch. If I could pinpoint one main skill that I valued him for, it would be his negotiating skills. When the final crunch came and we were working with an offer, he was confident and knew how to go back to get a higher figure from the purchaser. I was worried we might loose the offer if we asked for too much, but Nathan knew where the right figure lay and he was assured in getting that for me and he carefully pulled the offer up slowly during the back-and-forth offer process. During this time, I was able to rely on his advice, knowing it was the best advice I would get and that I could trust his judgement. It was not a straight-forward situation as I had hit a small legal snag part way through regarding permits/consent for a sunroom, and although this was a surprise to both of us at the time, Nathan worked through the problem, got advice from his legal connections for a solution, and the end result was a fair price for my property. So things were a bit stressful and yet Nathan remained calm and focused. He really knows how to negotiate and I think that’s what was so valuable when selling my property. But there were many other helpful things along the way: Like the advice provided with home presentation, his helpful staff in his office (who would give me a nice coffee when-ever I popped in!) and Nathan’s cheerful phone call to me each weekday at 8:15 to let me know where we were at with the marketing. The only day he didn’t ring me, I thought, oh what’s happened to Nathan, but he was in the middle of taking the offer on the property (!). Thanks Nathan for the work you did for me!

We had noticed recent sales in our area by Najib Estate and so invited them to inspect our property with a view to sell. The process although not free of the usual stress of selling was excellent. We felt informed and valued by the agent. They provided a result that was in line with their expectation, there was no doubt that they got the best we could have expected and outshone any other agents we have come across in our house viewings. To not engage this agent would be an error on your part!
