Nathan was knowledgeable of the area and the building it self and the apartment it all very easy.

Nathan was well presented always looked smart and behaved professional. Also a gentleman which is rear these days. He had all the information on the apartment and the body Corp that l needed. He even brought myself and my sister coffee. I would definitely use Nathan again and tell friends and family as he was so easy to talk too and also new the whole area of Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Arch Hill, Kingsland etc. Nathan did have to work for me too get the price down, l did come in with a very low off but l realize he is also working for the seller. So l think he came up with a good compromise price which we both accepted. I was happy and they were happy, so we'll done.
