Worked more with Josh, who was awesome to deal with very responsive, called us by name in our calls

Initially there were a few delays in getting a response from the vendor but Josh new this and pre warned us of the time wait. So that did not leave us waiting of feeling anxious. Josh followed up every week while we were waiting for Finance, Met my son through the open home and explained everything he knew about the home the schools that were close and that McClean park is right down the road. He knew the area, He also showed my daughter in law who went on different open homes our work commitments as the home is for my son and mokos. Josh also told us when he would contact us next and what happens next so i knew for 2 weeks i wouldn't hear anything and we could all relax, this was important as We brought a home from property brokers about 7 months earlier and i can actually say in regards to information and response times Josh was a 10 compared to what i had prior. i also intend to buy another house in another 7 months time around about so i will talk with Josh about what that will look like as i want to get my youngest daughter the next house when her job becomes full time. honestly i never felt i needed anything more from Josh as he had given me all the information i needed i would use him again and i will seek his guidance in our next purchase.
