Nathan came to discuss the best plan of action for dad’s house, he was very positive about the home and what we should do to market the place. It is a 1960 weatherboard home, a total doer upper and that was how he marketed it. He was very honest in letting me know there was no point in staging the house, nothing we did would make it look renovated. Nathan is a very easy chap to get along with and always listened to what I had to say. I would like to say this is the second home Nathan has sold for me in the two years, both times I knew he would sell the home for me and get a price I was happy with.
