People in the right place who know what their job is about. For my wife and me, buying a property was one of the most stressful experience that we had. Furthermore, the only positive thing about the whole process was the feeling that we are not helpless and that there is actually someone who could help us with our doubts. Our bank had a lot of conditions for final finance approval and required a lot of information. As a first home buyer, it was very confusing for us many times. Nandi never hesitated to help us finding the right people, answered all of our questions, and organised everything that was needed. Where do I start! Nandi is phenomenal, I don’t say that lightly. If you are looking for a ‘standard’ residential sales agent, Nandi is not the one. Nandi will go above and beyond for both the buyer & seller. We found her as we went through a listing; her knowledge of the law and land was impressive. She wasn’t pushy, but really wanted us to find the perfect home for our family, so we bought elsewhere. When it was time to sell, 3 years later, we got Nandi to sell our home. She was knowledgeable in building, marketing, finances, bank financing, pre-building checks, valuations, lending managers, you name it- she had someone in her team to guide you. Nandi is a positive person, naturally down-to-earth, but when push comes to shove, she can be a bulldog when things get out of hand. She explained lawyer terms and contacted the council numerous times to get answers. I am so honoured to have Nandi sell our home; she really had both parties at heart.
