Murray communicates very well and happily will go the extra mile to make sure the job is sorted and the house sold at a good price. He is a man of integrity that you can trust. Really important qualities that we were looking for when selling our house.
Right from the outset, we knew that Murray and Karen Groves were on our side, and wanted the very best outcome for us. Their sound advice helped us prepare the house for sale and the end result was amazing. Their choice of the method of sale was spot-on and the final outcome far exceeded our expectations. Murray and Karen's teamwork was exceptional, giving us great confidence throughout the process. Their communication was outstanding. We always knew where things were at and what was next. Their high level of professionalism was evident from start to finish, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were always available to talk and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We felt they genuinely cared about us and our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Murray and Karen to anyone looking for exceptional real estate agents.
He talked to us as a friend and told us all we wanted to know plus more, there was 5 of us and he talked to us all. I will recommend him to my friends when they need a house or selling.
Efficient, professional agents who work with integrity to get the job done with excellent results. Made the process easy and achievable.
Dealing with Murray was fantastic. He sat with me during the auction and explained to me the ins and outs of the process. He was easy to talk to and helped me with any questions I had. Thank you very much Murray and Karen.
My husband and I didn’t know what we were looking for so Murray joined us on a property searching adventure! We looked at potential homes, investment properties, villas, apartments and factories. We really appreciated Murrays down to earth manner, his advice and guidance, and his sense of humour. We felt looked after because Murray responded quickly to our enquires, arranged viewings with our schedule in mind and supplied us with information we didn’t know we needed but helped with the decision making process. Murray was genuinely interested in finding us the right property and when we found the one for us we all knew!
Highly recommended and experienced. Kept us informed and giving guidance of the process being a first time home buyer and what to expect. Great service!
I am so pleased that I had Murray as my agent for the house. I felt he went above and beyond what was required of him in selling my house. Always thinking ahead and encouraging me in the process. Giving help and info as I needed it. Murray is very professional in conduct and I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Murray to others who are looking at buying or selling their home. I also would recommend doing auctions with Harcouts as well a great team of people.
Karen helped us get ready for the auction and supported us through the process. Unfortunately we were not successful, but later had the opportunity to make an offer on the same property. Karen and Murray were extremely helpful and professional in getting papers signed and sent to the vendor. This time we were successful. Thank you.
I found Murray very good to work with. As I dont live in Christchurch he went above and beyond what was required of him. The house sold quickly for a good price. He kept me up to date with all that was happening. I had every confidence in him. Thank you for a good outcome.
It was our pleasure to work with Murray and Karen (Team Groves) during the sale of our property and the successful purchase of another. Their market knowledge, communication and professionalism were outstanding. Their support through the whole process, especially guiding us through the Auction, was very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.
My personal experience working with Murray is that he is honest, quick and absolute committed to make his client feel secure and safe. Always ready to find time to answer queries and issues that could be at time difficult to understand. He is very good in communication and his reciprocate skills are more than satisfactory. He makes his client feel at home when explaining matters and procedures that are absolute necessary to reach and achieve the ultimate goal. He definitely knows what is required both from buyer and the seller and to see all the required conditions in the agreement are met to clients satisfaction. He is a hardworking person and one would love working with him. I am sure being a professional in his vocation, he will bring great reward to his institution. His determination to see the accomplishment of the task on hand gives a real assurance to his client that no stone will be left unturned that would bring big and satisfactory smile. I wish him all God's blessings.
