Monique is a very positive, engaging person and very good at understanding what your wants and needs are. We felt she gave good advice on selling our property, achieving a very quick sale as a result. We would definitely recommend working with her whether buying or selling.

Monique is such a professional lady with an awesome knowledge of real estate in the Whakatane District. I was totally impressed with her supportive and caring personality. I have been looking at moving back to beautiful Ohope for the past 3 years. My experience with pre selling and open homes went fairly smoothly. Monique had lots of useful suggestions and ideas for presentation to make the most of both the interior and exterior look its best.
