Monique is such a professional lady with an awesome knowledge of real estate in the Whakatane District. I was totally impressed with her supportive and caring personality. I have been looking at moving back to beautiful Ohope for the past 3 years. Unfortunately having to wait to sell my property but Monique was aware of what type of properties I was looking to buy and kept in regular contact to check for updates on my property and to advise me on current market there. My experience with pre selling and open homes went fairly smoothly. Monique had lots of useful suggestions and ideas for presentation to make the most of both the interior and exterior look its best.

Good communications and checking in on the progress and she was available for any questions I had. There was also efficiency with paperwork which was needed for the valuation.
