Monique's knowledge was very beneficial to us, her advice to advertise a price for our property we felt was good as when we are looking at properties we always look at properties that are priced so this does not waste our time and agent's time. Monique's communication was very good, always keeping us updated. Monique's advice to provide a Lim report for prospective buyers was good as this kept the process moving quickly as there was no delay waiting the 2 weeks for the Council to supply. Monique's advice on presentation was appreciated which we took on board, example painting, new carpet and staging.

Monique is such a professional lady with an awesome knowledge of real estate in the Whakatane District. I was totally impressed with her supportive and caring personality. I have been looking at moving back to beautiful Ohope for the past 3 years.
