Giving to an agent is not about who has the most sales or which agency is popular. Im the buyer of this property and having recently sold mine with another agency, I can satisfyingly say that Mona is a genuine and enthusiastic agent who works incredibly hard to beautifully sell this home, and I was the buyer in scenerio. I was very shocked. The agency i worked with with selling my prior property (I believe many would know the popular agency company) are more of sales persons who want the hard and fast commission, not entirely putting their best foot forward. I have been to many open homes looking for many properties and I can tell you out of 14 houses I visited, most of the agents just stood by the door and told me to sign in. Compare that with Mona who was very enthusiastic on the sale, even though I looked like a casual buyer, she sold me the house with her energy and followed up with calls describing all the awesome features of the house.
