I met Mona Lisa through one of her open homes, which ultimately was not my cup of tea. However, she was very proactive in looking for other properties for me and we kept in touch for a couple months, looking for the right one. She was flexible with her time. Many viewings were scheduled after normal working hours to suit my schedule and she was presenting more options late into the night. Even after saying no to a bunch more, she still persisted.
