Returned to list this property after we pulled out last year due to family needs ,then relisted this year again with Mona Lisa . She was on the ball, determined to get a sale in this falling market so we took a hit at $20K below CV. Also as some furniture was included in the sale package, vendor felt pressured to go beyond what was intended conceeding valued items which lowered return. Listing costs bit higher than other Real estate quotes.Over all happy with outcomes.
